What stays on your device

Local recordings, imported media, edit settings, and recovery chunks are saved in this browser's storage. They are not automatically public. Clearing browser data can remove them. Camera, microphone, and screen capture use browser permission prompts.

What enters your cloud workspace

When you create an account, the service stores your name, email, protected password credentials, and session information. Uploading a backup sends your media and project details to private Cloudflare storage. Your signed-in account controls access. Temporary signed media links are used when a transcription provider needs your file.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Local preferences remember workspace settings and your saved editing styles.

Podcast rooms and client meetings

Joining a room shares your chosen name and live microphone/camera stream with admitted participants. Calls use peer connections and, when needed, Cloudflare relay infrastructure. Participants may learn network addresses through peer connectivity. Room access and consent timestamps are stored to manage admission and recording uploads.

Guests agree before joining that the host can start a take. Each browser saves a local original and automatically uploads it to the host’s private workspace after stopping. The host also records the combined conversation. The host controls downloaded and backed-up copies; leaving or being removed does not erase copies already captured. Room chat is forwarded live and is not saved by the app after the page closes.

Client bookings

A Studio host can publish a booking link showing their chosen page title, time zone, and available times. Booking stores the client’s name, email, selected time, and meeting details in the host’s private workspace. Other clients cannot see these details. Booking links are shareable, so anyone with the link can view its availability.

Your private confirmation link lets you view or cancel your booking and download a calendar file. Keep it private. Cancellation closes the meeting link but does not erase a recording already made. Calendar downloads contain the meeting link; share them only with intended participants. The app does not send booking emails or synchronize external calendars. Limited request information, including a hashed network address, is used to reduce booking abuse.

Transcription and AI

New recordings and imports are backed up and transcribed automatically, sending the original media to Deepgram. Requesting AI shorts or an assistant edit sends the transcript, your request and relevant editing settings to the selected model provider through OpenRouter. The application requests Deepgram's model-improvement opt-out and OpenRouter providers that decline data collection. Provider terms and retention practices still apply.

Transcripts are saved privately with the source so they can be reused. Transcription starts automatically after recording or importing. Clip suggestions and assistant edits run only when you request them. Optional voice input uses your browser’s speech-recognition service and its privacy practices.

Generated visuals

When you choose Generate visual, your scene description and format are sent through OpenRouter to a video-generation provider. This feature sends the description, not your original recording or face. Video generation requires temporary provider storage and does not use the zero-retention setting requested for text editing. Provider retention and content policies apply. Completed visuals are copied to your private cloud library.

Generated visuals can be reused across projects. Deleting a recording does not delete its reusable visuals. Remove a visual from saved edits before deleting it from the visual library. A minimal generation and usage record remains so deletion does not reset monthly allowances.

Music and audio tracks

Uploaded music and audio are saved in your private audio library. When you choose Generate music, your written musical direction is sent through OpenRouter to a music-generation provider. Your original recording is not sent for this feature. Provider retention and content policies apply. Generated audio is saved privately so you can preview and reuse it.

Deleting a recording does not delete reusable audio. Remove an audio file from saved edits before deleting it from the audio library. A minimal usage record remains so deleting generated music does not reset allowances. Waveform analysis, track mixing and built-in sound effects run on your device.

Connected social channels

When social publishing is enabled and you choose Connect, Postproxy handles authorization with your selected social network. Frameflo stores your brand identifier, connected profile details, chosen audiences, draft text, publishing settings and delivery status. Social passwords and the service API key are not shown to other customers.

Preparing a post sends the finished exported video and caption to Postproxy as an unpublished draft. Choosing Publish sends that draft to the selected channels. TikTok receives a private draft for you to finish in its app. Provider-hosted previews and published copies are separate from your original recording. Disconnecting a channel or deleting a Frameflo project does not remove posts already sent. You can remove unpublished drafts in Integrations. Postproxy and each social network apply their own retention and privacy practices.

Billing

Stripe handles payment details when you start a trial or subscribe. The app stores your email, selected plan, checkout and subscription identifiers, trial dates, consent to the trial terms, and billing status. Full card numbers are not collected by this studio. A temporary enrollment cookie links checkout to account creation in the same browser. Checkout availability appears during signup.

Deleting content

Deleting a cloud project removes its original media, saved transcript, and related job records from the app's active storage. Delete the local project separately to remove the copy on this device. Copies you downloaded or exported elsewhere stay there until you remove them.

This beta does not yet provide automated account deletion or a published retention schedule for provider logs. Do not upload content that requires those capabilities. Account recovery and a support contact are still being set up.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Photography is included with the site assets. No advertising or marketing analytics are added by this application.
