Meetings and booking require paid Studio and are outside the trial. Two-way calendar sync is not included. The booking workflow is suited to simple client scheduling; check your integration needs before replacing a dedicated scheduler.
Webinars: Studio currently includes event scheduling and presenter/audience invitation links. The live stage, viewer experience and moderated Q&A are built, with live-service activation pending. Trial limits & billing details
USD prices before tax. Trial limits are the same on every plan: 60 transcription minutes, 10 AI generations and 5 GB storage; 2 GB and 60 minutes per file. Annual plans charge the full year after trial and renew yearly; monthly plans renew monthly. Cancel before trial ends to avoid a charge. Paid cancellation stops the next renewal, with access through the paid period. No ongoing free plan or automatic app overage charges. Processing allowances reset each UTC calendar month without rollover; storage is a capacity limit. One AI generation covers an edit request, a subtitle-translation batch, or up to five clip suggestions. Longer translations use multiple batches. Music and B-roll pilots have separate caps shown in the editor.

Can I start with a video I already have?
Yes. Upload a video or audio file, or record your camera, microphone or screen. Frameflo prepares your transcript after backup. Subtitles stay off until you add them in the editor. Keep the tab open while uploading.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Share your room link with up to three guests. Podcast rooms are in beta and included on every plan. Paid Studio adds client meetings and a branded booking page.
Can I use Frameflo for my client work?
Yes. Paid Studio includes a branded booking page, availability and time-zone controls, a meeting calendar, private client calls, screen sharing, recordings and automatic transcripts. Manage the logo, colors and invitations together in Brand & links. Connect a custom domain with DNS and secure-hosting setup. Add-to-calendar files work with calendar apps; connected calendar sync is not included.
What can I do with webinars?
Studio lets you schedule an event and prepare separate audience and presenter links. Live hosting and moderated Q&A are not available yet. Webinar planning is available on paid Studio, outside the trial.
Can I fix captions without cutting the video?
Yes. Double-click a word in the transcript to correct it. Use transcript cuts to remove footage, with confirmation and undo. Your original stays intact.
How do I share the finished video?
Download a vertical, square or widescreen video, then upload it to your channel. Export runs in your browser in real time, so keep the editor visible. Direct publishing is not currently available.
